Cost and Delivery Time

1.1. The cost of transporting the products, ordered through the online store www.myecotype.gr is not included in the price of the products and is the responsibility of the buyer – user of the online store, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

1.2. By placing your products in the shopping cart, you can also see the shipping costs that correspond to your order. Shipping costs are not fixed, but vary depending on your address, the volume of your order and its weight.

1.3 Within Greece

All products are sent by courier to the address you have stated in your order, within 2-7 working days, if they are immediately available. For orders weighing up to 2 kg, the cost is 4.30 euros for the entire courier network in mainland Greece and 4.30 euros for the entire courier network in the island areas. Each additional kilo has an additional charge of 1.40 euros for the entire courier network in mainland Greece and 1.40 euros for the entire courier network in the island areas, respectively.

Cash on delivery is charged an additional standard fee of 2.00 euros.

For remote / inaccessible areas of the region the payment is charged with an additional charge of 1.50 euros and an additional delivery time of 1-2 working days.

Remote defined are the areas of Greece that are outside the city limits and within a radius of 40 km from the city center. Areas outside the city limits and within a radius of more than 40 km are inaccessible. In the above areas there is a financial burden due to the kilometer distance as mentioned above.

Shipments of products are insured based on the respective policy and terms of transactions of the courier.

1.4. Shipments to Cyprus

All products are sent by courier to the address you have stated in your order. Indicative Delivery Time 5-8 working days, if the order is placed by Monday of each week. For orders weighing up to 3 kg, the cost is 9.50 euros, with a weight of 3.01 kg up to 5 kg the cost is 12.50 euros, with a weight of 5.01 kg up to 10 kg the cost is at 19.50 euros, with a weight of 10.01 kg up to 20 kg, the cost is 30.50 euros. Each additional kilo has an additional charge of 2.00 euros.

The cash on delivery method as well as the shipping with free shipping over 50 euros do not apply to purchases outside Greece.

1.5. In case the product is not ready for delivery, the order remains pending and the Company will contact you for the expected time of availability of the product, the case of replacement, or the cancellation of the order depending on the ability of the Company.

1.6. The address stated by the online store user must be real, valid and accurate. The Company does not bear any responsibility for the non-delivery or the late delivery of the products, in case of incorrect delivery address. In case of absence from the declared address, or any change of the data of the declared address, the user of the online store is responsible for the timely information of the Company, in order to make the shipment to the correct address. Otherwise, he will bear the additional transportation costs himself. or the cost of inefficient transportation.

1.8. In case of delay in delivery of the product due to the fault of the transport company, the Company is not liable. In the event of further fault of the transport company, which resulted in a defect of the product, you retain all the rights mentioned for the defective products in the terms of use.
