C. PRODUCT DELIVERY AND PAYMENT POLICY
1. Costs and delivery time of products

D. RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Product Returns due to delivery error
1.1. In all cases in which other than the sold products are delivered, by type, or in case of excessive quantity, the buyer – user of the online store www.myecotype.gr returns the products immediately to the Company, intact and sealed, with their complete packaging and the documents that accompanied them, to check and determine the error.
1.2. In this case, the costs of returning the products to the Company as well as the costs of returning the order to the buyer are borne by the Company, as long as the method of return proposed by the Company is observed.
2. Returns of defective products
2.1. In case it is found that the delivered product has a defect due to the fault of the Company, the buyer – user of the online store www.myecotype.gr, is entitled not to receive, but to return immediately the defective product (intact and sealed) to the Company together with all the documents that accompanied it, and with its complete packaging. If it is a defect found later in the delivery and the packaging does not exist, or also if the product packaging was omitted by the distributors upon delivery of the item, the product packaging is not required.
2.2. The return of the products will be done by courier and the Company will be charged both with the costs of sending the defective products to the Company and with the costs of sending the new products to the buyer.
2.3. After the return of the products, the defect is checked by the Company, which will contact the buyer for information on the results of the inspection.
2.4. If the defect is found, the product is replaced, otherwise the transaction is canceled in case it is not possible to replace the product in a reasonable time. In case of cancellation of the transaction, the refund of the original purchase is made interest-free in the same way as the initial payment of the buyer to the Company, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Return of non-defective products – Right of unjustified withdrawal by the buyer
3.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from the delivery (acquisition of physical possession) of the products.
The withdrawal is made under the following conditions:
– This withdrawal is unjustified and free of charge and, if the item has already been delivered, the buyer must return the product exactly in the condition in which it was received, with all the accompanying forms and its packaging in excellent condition. The return of the item is accepted only if the buyer has paid the shipping costs for the return of the item.

4. Order cancellation
